Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We process and ship out orders Monday through Friday, not including holidays. Orders are fulfilled and shipped out within 1-7 business days, between Monday through Friday, not including holidays. During holiday seasons, our standard processing / fulfillment time may be 1-9 business days.  

At this time, we ship only within the US, including Alaska and Hawaii and to Canada. We do not ship to other international regions at this time. 

Orders with standard shipping takes approximately 3-10 business days from the time it ships to arrive at its final destination. 

Canada Locations: It can take up to 12 business days to receive your order once it's shipped.

Order Cancellation

Unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel orders or make changes once they have shipped. If you want to make additions or corrections to your order, please reach out to us as soon as possible at: orders@eqwellibrium.com after placing your order and we will do our best to make any changes if your order has not yet been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not currently accept returns or provide refunds, with the exception of damaged or defective products. If you receive a damaged or defective product(s), please contact us at support@eqwellibrium.com within 2 days of receiving your delivery so we may give instructions to rectify the order and keep you a satisfied customer. 

Please note, we may request valid proof of purchase and damage or defect.

No returns of any type will be accepted without approval.

In the event of an approved return please keep in mind:

  • We may, at our discretion, waive the obligation to ship and return Defective Products back to us.
  • You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned Defective Products, unless we otherwise specify. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
  • Refunds for damaged or defective products are processed within three to five (3-5) business days of our receipt of the damaged or defective products. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Site.
